Welcome to the B9Game Help Centre

Whether you're brand new to B9Game or a regular player with a specific question, this FAQ page is put together to give you clear, honest answers without making you dig through pages of fine print. We've organised everything by category so you can jump straight to what matters most to you.

B9Game is built specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions happen in PKR, and the platform fully supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other popular mobile wallets. The games library covers Slots, Bingo, Fish Games, Live Casino, and a full Sports Betting section with particular depth in Cricket, including every PSL season and international T20 fixtures.

Account Questions

Registering is straightforward. Click the Register button at the top of the page or visit /register. You'll need a valid mobile number, a username, and a password. Fill in the details, confirm you're 18 or older, and your account is ready. The whole process takes under two minutes on a mobile browser.

On the login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. A one-time reset code will be sent to you. Enter the code, set a new password, and you're back in. If you don't receive the code within a few minutes, check that the number matches what you registered with, then try again.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating duplicate accounts is against the Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any pending winnings. If you have trouble accessing your existing account, use the password reset option or contact support.

Log in and go to the Account Settings section of your dashboard. You can update your display name and contact preferences there. For changes to your registered mobile number, you'll need to go through account verification first to confirm your identity — this is a security step to protect your funds.

Deposit Questions

B9Game supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other popular mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR so there's no currency conversion to worry about. Simply choose your preferred method from the deposit section in your account dashboard.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant or credited within a few minutes. Raast transfers and Bank Transfer deposits may take a little longer depending on your bank's processing time — usually within the same day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after a reasonable wait, take a screenshot of your transaction confirmation and contact support with the reference number.

Minimum deposit limits are shown in your account dashboard at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method. The limits are kept accessible so players with different budgets can participate. Check the deposit screen for the current figures applicable to your chosen method.

Withdrawal Questions

Log in to your account, go to the Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or Bank Transfer — enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible, and you'll receive a notification once the transfer is initiated.

Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours during business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa payouts tend to be the fastest. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank. VIP members generally enjoy faster processing as one of their tier benefits.

Withdrawals may be held for a short verification period, especially if bonus wagering requirements haven't been fully met, or if an identity verification step is pending on your account. Log in and check your account notifications for the specific reason. Completing any outstanding verification steps will usually resolve the hold quickly.

Bonus & Promotions

New players are greeted with a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact offer and percentage match are shown on the promotions page inside your account after you register. Bonus terms including wagering requirements and eligible games are listed clearly alongside each offer — always read them before opting in.

A wagering requirement tells you how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before you can withdraw it as real cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you'd need to wager PKR 10,000 in total across eligible games before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Check each bonus offer for its specific terms.

Yes. B9Game runs regular promotions including reload bonuses, free spins offers, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket events like PSL and T20 internationals. Daily login streak rewards are also available — the longer your streak, the better the reward. Keep an eye on the Promotions section in your dashboard so you don't miss anything.

Games Questions

B9Game has a broad game library that covers Slot Games with hundreds of titles, classic Slots, Bingo rooms available around the clock, Fish Games for skill-based play, and a Live Casino section with real dealers streaming in HD. The Sports Betting section covers Cricket, Football, Esports, and other international sports with both pre-match and live in-play markets.

Selected slot and casino games offer a demo or practice mode that lets you try the gameplay without risking any PKR. This is a great way to get comfortable with a new game's mechanics, bonus rounds, and volatility before switching to real-money play. Look for the "Demo" or "Try" option on eligible game tiles.

All slots and casino games on B9Game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning every spin, card draw, and game outcome is independently random and not influenced by previous results or player activity. Live casino games use real physical equipment dealt by professional dealers, adding an extra layer of transparency.

Cricket Betting Questions

B9Game covers a wide range of cricket tournaments including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international series, ODI series, Test matches, the ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, and other major bilateral series. Markets are available for most fixtures in advance, and live in-play betting updates ball by ball throughout each match.

The betting section offers a solid range of cricket markets: Match Winner, Top Batsman, Top Bowler, Total Runs Over/Under, Man of the Match, First Wicket Method, over-by-over run totals, and more. For in-play betting, you can place wagers on specific deliveries or the result of the current over, making every ball interesting.

Most cricket bets are settled automatically once the official match result is confirmed. For T20 matches this typically happens within minutes of the last ball. In-play bets on specific overs or innings are settled as soon as that phase of play is complete. Your winnings are credited directly to your wallet balance.

Security Questions

B9Game uses SSL encryption across the entire platform, meaning your login details, personal information, and financial data are transmitted securely at all times. The platform does not share your personal data with third parties outside of what's required for payment processing. You can review the full details in the Privacy Policy.

If you notice any login activity or transactions you don't recognise, change your password immediately and contact the B9Game support team through your account dashboard. Do not share your password or one-time codes with anyone — B9Game staff will never ask for your password in any communication.

Responsible Gaming

Yes. B9Game provides deposit limit tools in your Account Settings. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to help you stick to a budget you're comfortable with. Once a limit is set, it comes into effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a short cooling-off period to encourage thoughtful decisions.

Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your account for a chosen period — whether that's a few days, weeks, or longer. During this time you won't be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. It's a useful tool if you feel you need a break from gaming. To activate it, go to Responsible Gaming in your account settings.

Yes, strictly. B9Game is only for players aged 18 and above. Age verification may be required during account setup or withdrawal. If you know of anyone under 18 attempting to use the platform, please report it to the support team. Gaming should always be treated as entertainment for adults only, with money set aside specifically for that purpose.
