b9game Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive offered by b9game to Players.

References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to b9game. References to "you" or "your" refer to the Player. These terms are to be read as a whole and any ambiguity shall be resolved in a manner consistent with the fair operation of the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the full features of b9game, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. b9game does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You may only hold one account on b9game. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names or payment details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any funds held being forfeited.

• You must not register an account on behalf of another person. Each account must represent a single individual who personally uses the account.
• b9game reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withdrawal processing being held pending verification.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. b9game accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

3 Permitted Use of the Platform

b9game is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a business that facilitates access to b9game for third parties.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or display faults to place bets or claim game outcomes that would not have been available under normal operation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during the use of the platform.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits on b9game. b9game operates strictly within a legitimate entertainment context and is not to be used in connection with any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent or interfere with b9game's security systems, including SSL encryption, identity verification processes or payment processing infrastructure.

b9game reserves the right to investigate any account where suspicious activity is detected and to take appropriate action, including immediate suspension, permanent closure and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

4 Betting Rules and Settlement

The following rules govern all bets placed on b9game across all sports and game categories, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other available markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body or game provider. In the case of cricket and PSL matches, the result as announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant tournament authority is used for settlement purposes.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum required play has occurred, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account unless b9game's specific sport rules state otherwise for that market type.
• Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL and other sports are subject to the odds available at the moment the bet is confirmed. Any delay between placing and confirmation means the odds may have changed. The confirmed odds at acceptance are final.
• b9game reserves the right to void any bet where it has clear evidence that the odds were set incorrectly due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Any bet suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sporting corruption will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply per market and are displayed on the platform at the time of placing a bet. Bets exceeding the stated maximum may be partially accepted up to the limit.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on b9game are conducted in PKR. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits can be made via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your b9game account within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. b9game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• b9game does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. b9game accepts no responsibility for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
• Funds held in your b9game account do not accrue interest. b9game holds player funds in accounts that are separate from company operational funds.
• Any bonus funds in your account are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that specific bonus before they can be withdrawn as real PKR. Please review the individual bonus terms at the time you accept any promotion.
• b9game reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

b9game offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are offered at b9game's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

• b9game provides deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders directly within your account settings. You are strongly encouraged to set these tools before beginning any gaming session.
• Self-exclusion is available from your account settings and allows you to block your own access to b9game for a set period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the b9game platform, including but not limited to the b9game name, logo, design, graphics, text, game titles, betting market structures, software interfaces and other material, is the intellectual property of b9game or its licensed content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any b9game content without prior written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party game developers remains the intellectual property of those developers and is made available on b9game under licence. Your use of those games does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
• The b9game logo and brand name may not be used in any context outside of b9game itself without explicit written consent from b9game.

9 Limitation of Liability

b9game provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and consistently, the following limitations of liability apply:

• b9game is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors or any interruption outside of b9game's direct control.
• b9game is not responsible for any losses arising from delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banking institutions.
• b9game is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from your use of the platform.
• b9game's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the liability arises.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

b9game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player provides false, incomplete or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to coordinated betting, use of automated tools, multiple account operation or suspected involvement in match manipulation.
• A withdrawal or deposit is associated with potentially fraudulent payment activity.
• A player requests account closure under their rights as described below.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting b9game support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Where an account is closed by b9game due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, b9game reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending the outcome of any investigation.

11 Privacy and Data Use

b9game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account and using b9game, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
